Edinburgh is one of the best places to visit in the UK, period. Especially during the Edinburgh Fringe Festival – what a whirlwind! It’s also amazing for vegan food, and I’m going to share my favourite food spots with you now.
Nova Pizza make THE best vegan carbonara on this Earth. If you’re a vegan in Edinburgh, you must try some! They have an extensive menu of pasta dishes, pizzas, calzones and mains, so there’s something for everyone (but the carbonara, though).
Henderson’s has been going strong since 1962, and they serve vegan haggis, what more can I say? It’s just somewhere you must visit in Edinburgh. They make great coffee, too.
Harmonium bar is cute and quirky. The perfect place to grab some lunch. They use mushrooms as vegan scallops – genius!
David Bann is a more high end dinning experience. They push the boundaries of ordinary ingredients, ensuring your meals are unique and flavoursome.
So, there you have it. Follow this guide to vegan Edinburgh and you’ll have a flaming good time! 🔥🔥🔥
